Called ASI a very young voice answered a Friday night call out to fix my motorhome door lock. I was sceptical even though ASI have a great reputation. Georgia arrived with her friendly, professional attitude and calmly dismantled and repaired a complex lock another locksmith business advised was ceased that only caravan repairers could fix. Very well done Georgia, she went beyond expectations with service and repair. I will in future request this young Lady for any of my or my family’s security repairs/maintenance and highly recommend this company I am very impressed with the work completed, her professional conduct and skills.
I'd just like to leave my absolute gratitude for ASI locksmiths and specially Jose, who did a professional, straight to the point and friendly service at our place today. He went above and beyond, even helped with some carrying some heavy boxes as we are moving also today. Thank you so much Jose and ASI locksmiths, you are amazing!!!!

Matt, Graham and the whole ASI team are absolutely fantastic. Whether it is in store or you have to call them out for an emergency they are always a pleasure to deal with. We have used them a few times now and won’t be going anywhere else!
The locksmith was genuine and was great to have a chat to. Got the key out of the ignition barrel which was great. Tried to turn the car on and it wouldnt turn over. Was told it must be a battery issue. Later that day we had a company come to service the car and was told it was the transponder. Another auto locksmith company came out and did us up 2 brand new keys and the car started instantly. the single key we had was on the verge of breaking. We didnt know. Knowledge is power.
I couldn't get in to my apartment on a Sunday afternoon - I put the key in the lock, but it wouldn't unlock. I rang several locksmiths - ASI was the only one who even answered. They came in half an hour, diagnosed that the lock was broken and needed to be replaced, and did so. Total cost just under $400. The guys were friendly and knew their stuff. I'd use them again!
These guys have been providing quality services for years now. They helped out my grandparents a few years ago and they’ve now helped out my immediate family too. There’s a lot of time wasters in Canberra but these guys get straight to the point. Cheers guys, I’ll recommend you to all my mates.
